How it decides
The writer proposes. Jev decides.
Most AI writing tools hand you whatever the model says first. Kite makes the writer come up with options, then asks Jev to judge them with real probabilities. You see every call and why it went that way.
From profile to posted
Four steps, and it remembers each one.
- 1 · Learn
It learns your voice
Paste your profile page, drop in screenshots or upload an export like X's tweets.js. No paid API needed. You get an editable profile of your niche, audience and tone.
- 2 · Plan
It makes a plan
Research from Reddit, Hacker News, Bluesky, Mastodon and Google Trends, then a mix of posts, ideas, drafts and growth moves, each one judged by Jev.
- 3 · Work
It helps you do it
Every action has Work on it, which opens a thread with a checklist and drafts. Jev picks the best ones. You post them yourself.
- 4 · Remember
It keeps a brain
What you did, skipped and learned goes into a folder of linked Markdown notes. Reflect updates where you're really heading.
A day with Kite
Open it with your coffee. Three things, then post.
The Today screen is the whole daily habit: a short focus list and posts that are ready to go. Try it: tick things off, open a thread, flip through the drafts.
Good morning, @you.
Building an audience in AI coding tools by replying into live threads.
The brain
It knows what you did, and what you didn't.
- Plain Markdown, linked like a vault
- Every plan, decision, checklist tick and post becomes a note. Open the folder in Obsidian if you like.
- Kept current by the writer
- Kite uses Anthropic's memory tool, so the writer reads and updates its notes as it works.
- Yours to prune
- Delete a note and it goes to the brain's trash, where you can restore it.
Browser extension
It does the legwork in your own browser.
Ask a thread to find posts worth replying to, and Kite opens them in your browser, where you're already logged in. It collects the posts, drafts replies, lets Jev pick the best, and types each one into the reply box. You read it and press Reply. No API, no extra login.
- Finds the conversationsSearches X, Bluesky, LinkedIn, Threads or Reddit and collects posts with their likes, replies and links.
- Sets up your repliesOpens each post with Jev's pick typed into the reply box, in your voice.
- Never posts for youNothing goes out until you press Reply. That keeps you in charge and your account safe.
- Or click it yourselfNo extension? The kite clipper bookmarklet collects posts from any page when you click it.

Bring your own models
Any writer. Jev as the judge.
Pick a writer in Settings or in .env. Each one has a backup model: if the main one stays overloaded, Kite waits 15, 30 and 60 seconds, then carries on with the backup from where it stopped.
